Improving Performance for Values Alignment (One hour)

This dynamic session helps participants understand the roots to organizational success in a rapidly changing world. Participants gain new knowledge about values that guide critical decisions, including hiring the right people who ensure organizational success.

Recognizing and Rewarding in Turbulent Times (One hour)

Participants identify what they are doing right and what they can do better to gain higher retention and better performance from their employees. Individual and team exercises form the foundation for robust discussions on building character through recognition efforts. Participants gain new knowledge about the critical role of character in guiding organizational actions, including the recognition and retention of the right people who ensure organizational success through high performance.

Going Beyond Ethics: Nurturing Character-based Organizations (3 hour program)

This interactive workshop focuses on the actions leaders should take to build and reinforce virtuous behaviors that lead to satisfied customers or constituents. Topics include creating the right culture to achieve excellence, nurturing the right culture through Emotional Intelligence, building trust within organizations, and defining a culture of excellence versus mediocrity.

Leading Change Introduction (90 minutes)

This introductory program compares various change models and provides foundational knowledge for planning an organizational change through character-based culture.

Finding the River of Character in your Organization (One hour)

Recent scandals in government, business, and the sports world have demonstrated poor character in many settings. Character applies to organizations as much as it does to individuals. The quality of organizational character determines the organizational energy employees produce and the level of performance the organization achieves. This program reveals seven attributes of high-performing, character-based organizations that are measurable, achievable, and necessary for sustainable performance.

Achieving Extraordinary Results through your People (Four hour program)

Participants define the 3Ps - Purpose, People, and Processes - necessary to fulfill their role in building the prosperity of their business or community. Participants will: (a) clearly understand what is involved in building an organization that has a clear, shared purpose, (b) learn how to instill behaviors of trust, commitment, accountability and collaboration that permeate the organization, and (c) define and understand the processes that must be aligned and executed to achieve extraordinary results.
