A Systematic Approach to Transformation You Can Implement

The system you’ll deliver to your clients unfolds through three carefully designed phases that build upon each other to generate sustainable change:

Phase 1: Strategic Leadership Program

You’ll begin with your client’s C-suite and their direct reports to establish the foundation for transformation.

Through structured sessions that you facilitate, asynchronous learning, and practical application, these leaders develop shared values and the vision and mission that drive the organization forward.

At the same time, you’ll guide them in building the leadership system that underpins and reinforces the changes they lead as transformation champions, actively engaging with leaders throughout the organization as they set the example others need to emulate.

Phase 2: Operational Leadership Program

This program helps you engage department heads and managers who play crucial roles in business operations and achieving success.

You’ll facilitate structured sessions, asynchronous learning, and practical applications that help leaders instill the values and vision as well as execute exceptional leadership system practices in their areas of responsibility.

As their consultant, you’ll help leaders enhance their capabilities by implementing strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and aligning everyone throughout the organization on a purpose bigger than themselves.

Strategic leaders facilitate the Operational Leadership Program that cascades cultural behaviors and practices throughout the enterprise. This program begins after the Strategic Leadership Program is in progress so participants in these two organizational leadership levels can collaborate on their respective program tasks.

Phase 3: Transformation Planning & Implementation

This phase consolidates the action plans from the Strategic and Operational Leadership Programs into a single multi-year transformation plan that you’ll help your clients create, which:

  • Sets clear transformation priorities with action plans spread over two years.
  • Refines action plans and integrates them for maximum gain.
  • Provides details on action plans set for implementation in the first year.
  • Creates monitoring and reporting systems to achieve success.

The Grassroots Leadership Program within Phase 3:

Getting frontline leaders and key contributors engaged in the program begins immediately after announcing the organizational purpose, i.e., the values, vision, mission, and goal.

During this phase, grassroots managers will provide mentorship to employees, engaging asynchronously to teach them how to embed values in desired behaviors and align daily performance with organizational purpose. This program cascades “best practice” leadership capabilities to all levels, where participants:

  • Learn to collaborate
  • Drive more incredible innovation and productivity
  • Develop true ownership mindsets that sustain long-term success
